Attention Veterinarians

Minnesota State Law requires an animal chiropractor who is a licensed human chiropractor to obtain a referral from the animal client’s veterinarian. Several vet clinics in the Twin Ports have been very supportive of Dr. Cottrell’s  animal practice and have made direct referrals to her.

Other animal owners seeking chiropractic for their pet must request referral from their vets. Many clinics have the forms available, or your veterinarian can sign the form electronically here.
